If your order has arrived damaged,
faulty or it's just unwanted, contact us within 14 days of receipt of your
order to obtain your Returns Authorisation Number. Before making arrangements
to return any part of your order, we strongly advise that you contact our
helpful customer services team beforehand.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000, if you change your mind about a purchase you have
made within 14 working days after the
date of delivery you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase
price for the goods or services you wish to return, and the original postage
and packaging charges made. Please
ensure that they're returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable
condition. Please also be aware that you will be liable for the cost of
returning unwanted items.. We can
arrange a collection for you but you may be liable for the cost of return
carriage, which will be deducted from any refund. You will not be entitled to a
refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
If you wish to return your item due to damage/fault, you must first send
pictures of the damage/fault to email@example.com before we make a
decision on a return agreement.If an item on your order is damaged or has a
manufacturing fault, please call us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods and we will be
happy to arrange a replacement, credit note or refund.

If you have no means of returning your order, we will arrange a collection of the goods upon request and debit the courier collection charges from your refund. Charges vary depending on the size of your item and number of parcels but typically range from £20.00 to £120.00.
