WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?


Delivery is usually 3-5 days from order, however during busy periods delivery may take up to 7 days. Certain products may take longer to be dispatched . Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch notification email.

Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday although we may not be able to commit to delivery on a specific day except for larger items which require two-man delivery. You may find it more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a work address and you can opt for this during the checkout process.


WHAT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH MY DELIVERY?

Delivery:


 During checkout, you may be presented with one or more options for delivery. Where an estimated timescale for delivery is provided, this is an estimate only and your items may be delayed in being received due to circumstances beyond our control (such as a courier delay, or at busy times).


Standart Delivery is 3 to 5 working days from dispatch(for small items).

 Next Working Day is service 24/48 h from dispatch* (only for orders placed before 3 pm). If you choose this option after 3 pm, your order will be dispatched the next working day.


Next Day delivery is available on UK Mainland orders for small  items only .


Where you select a "next day delivery" option, orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays may not be despatched for delivery until the following Monday and so may not be received until Tuesday.

Please note that next day Delivery is only available in the area denoted as United Kingdom, namely all mainland postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland (excluding those listed in the other areas). Express Delivery is not available in the postcodes listed in the areas Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Scottish Islands.


Standard delivery on our garden furniture and other medium and large items (such as dining sets and sofa sets) is usually 5-10 working days. Our large furniture sets are sent with a two-man delivery service (except in the unlikely event that two-man delivery is not available).

Please allow an extra 24/48 hours for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and parts of the Scottish Highlands above the standard delivery times.
Note all UK Delivery excludes the Channel Islands, Scilly Isles, P.O Boxes and BFPO addresses.
Please note that in all cases, a working day is classed as Monday to Friday only (not including Saturday and Sunday) and excluding all Bank Holidays.


You will receive a confirmation e-mail when you place your order, and a further e-mail once your order is dispatched. The dispatch email will include tracking information where applicable.


Delivery charges and conditions

If no one is home when delivery is attempted the courier will leave a calling card for you to rearrange delivery. If you do not arrange a specific date after the failed delivery attempt, the courier will automatically reattempt delivery on an alternative date. Should the second delivery attempt be unsuccessful due to you not being present or the goods are unsafe to deliver, the goods being unable to fit through the door/access point, or any other circumstances where the buyer is at fault, you the customer will be responsible for any further delivery charges which will be dependant on the size/number of items you have ordered.

Accepting delivery of your goods

A signature is required upon delivery. Please check your goods to ensure they are correct and free of damage. If you receive your item damaged, or with defective, incorrect or missing parts we will need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at contact@royalstore.co.uk and include your order reference and a brief description of the issue along with photographic evidence. Failure to include any of the required information may result in your claim being rejected.

Once the goods have been signed for it is the buyers sole responsibility to ensure they are kept safe and undamaged in their original packaging (please see our returns policy for further information).

In the unlikely event that for any reason we cannot deliver your goods on any service described in the terms and on the estimated date, we reserve the right to amend, alter or postpone delivery accordingly and we will contact you as soon as we are made aware of any issues.


Delivery is free on all orders over £99.99 to the UK Mainland. Standard delivery for orders under £100 will cost :
